Just two months to go! And we still don't have a name for sure (any suggestions??) Nor do I have any idea how to manage two kids at once. If you have any advice, I'll take it!
I remember feeling so nervous about having two kids. Luckily a newborn sleeps a lot and you kind of ease into it. Just remember...YOU CAN DO THIS!!! You are already a wonderful mother right now and this new little baby will also feel your love.
Something I did with Ruby that might help with Esmé is to make sure she knows that this baby is hers too! Let her be involved with everything...feedings, diaper changing, reading books, etc. Also, Ruby brought a gift for Peter at the hospital and he had a gift for her as well, which was fun. I also had a bag of toys that were only to be used while I nursed Peter.
Your mom will be there, which will be such a great help and allow Esmé to get lots of Grandma time.
Okay, now this is a novel. We are just so excited for you and so glad we'll get to see you not too long after!
One more thing (sorry)...try to remember that it takes time to get the hang of everything. Take things slow and be okay with it. Sometimes just taking a shower is an accomplishment and is all you need for the day :-). You will do such a fabulous job with two kids. Really, you will.
I offered JJ and Jennifer $1000 dollars for the child's education to name their baby Peter. The fact that his name is Nolan pretty much tells you what they thought of the offer. You guys get the same offer.
Amy is right, you can do this. My advice is to just remember that you have had a newborn before, you are a veteran there. The first few weeks of anything new is scary, but you soon will find a rhythm that works for all of you.

Dying to hear what you are naming the little lady. Also dying to here what Esmé thinks of having a little sisterdoodle. So excited about this!
